With regards to communications, I felt sometimes we had to prompt Gail rather than her proactively keeping us informed.
Albeit she would usually respond that she was just about to call us on that issue. I acknowledge that the process is an anxious one for us as novice sellers (i.e. once every 32+ years). So perhaps I was being a bit paranoid. Either way she demonstrated patience, and it was pleasurable working with her.
After my husband died I needed expert advice when it was time to purchase a “home” Gail took me under her wing and began the journey of finding my new home.
After discussing what I would like or not like Gail used her years of real estate expertise to not only handle the sale of my former home but to keep me informed as to what might be a good fit in a new one. She also sent listing information to my son in Denver so we would be on the same page when it came to making a home purchase. I never felt pressured to make a decision before I was ready Gail always listened and heard what my son and I had to say. And consequently she found a perfect fit for me!!
