With regards to communications, I felt sometimes we had to prompt Gail rather than her proactively keeping us informed. Albeit she would usually respond that she was just about to call us on that issue. I acknowledge that the process is an anxious one for us as novice sellers (i.e. once every 32+ years). So perhaps I was being a bit paranoid. Either way she demonstrated patience, and it was pleasurable working with her.
